If an activity is all over bar the shouting,  the  result  of  it is  known,  but  it  has  not  been officially finished or announced, so people can still  say that a different result is possible:

結果は分かっているが、公式にはそれが終わったと発表されず、人々が異なる結果があり得るのではと言い続けている

With practically all the results declared,  the  Nationalist  Party  has  68 percent  of  the  vote,  so it's all over bar the shouting.

　全ての（選挙）結果は事実上宣言されているが、国民党は投票の６８％を獲得しており、人々は逆転もあり得ると騒いでいる。

to intentionally drop a  microphone  after  you  have  given  a  speech  or  performance, as a way of making an impressive ending

　自分のスピーチやパーフォーマンスが終わった後に、終わったことを印象づけるためにわざとマイクを落とす。自分はもう言い残すことが無い、言い切った、遣り切ったとの表明でしょう。「ほらどうだ？」「言ってやったぜ」「最高だったろう？」

a phrase used in film making  to  tell  actors  and  crew  that  filming  of  a  particular scene, film, etc. has finished

an expression that is used to  mean  that  you  have  done  or  dealt  with  the  first,  second, etc. of a series of things and have yet to do ordeal with the rest:

"How are your finals going?" "Two down, three to go."

　仕事の終盤はどうだい？　２つ終えて３つが残っている。

米国用法

If you ask for some food to go  at  a  restaurant,  you  want  it  wrapped  up  so  that you can take it away with you instead of eating it in therestaurant:

　飲食店で持ち帰りしたい時に添える言葉。

I'd like a cheeseburger and  strawberry  milkshake  to  go,  please.

　チーズバーガー１つとイチゴシェークを持ち帰りたいんですが。
