Congruent triangles are triangles that  match  one  of  these conditions: all three sides have the same length; two sides and the included angle  are the same; two angles and the included  side  are  the  same; or two angles and the side opposite one of them are the same as those parts of  the other triangle.

　合同な三角形とは、3つの辺の長さがすべて同じ、2つの辺と含まれる角が同じ、2つの角と含まれる辺が同じ、2つの角とその1つに対向する辺がもう1つの三角形のそれらの部分と同じ、の条件の1つに一致する三角形のことである。
