If something lives (on) in the memory,  it  has  such  an  effect  that  it  is  remembered for a long time.

If something has happened within living  memory,  it  can  be  remembered  by some  people who are still alive:

　まだ生存している者により記憶されている、生きて覚えている者がいる

There is possibly less chance of  another  world  war  while  the  last  one  is within living memory.

　この前の大戦は生存者の記憶の内にある一方、もう１つの大戦の機会の可能性はより少ない。

→There is possibly less chance of directly  hearing  from  a  experienced  person  about another  world  war  while the last one is within living  memory.

　もう１つの大戦について経験者から直接聞ける機会はより少ないだろうが、この前の大戦はまだ生存者の記憶の内にある。

　（省略の多い口語で意味が通りにくいので、適宜言葉を補って理解します）

→ The last world war is within living  memory  but  another  one  may  not  be. で、同じ文意です。

＊言葉が無駄に踊るような文章は避けるのも美学です。格式が必要な formal な場合は無論別ですが。

Women gained the vote within my grandmother's  memory.

　私の祖母の記憶するところでは女性は投票権を獲得した。

→ The fact that women gained the vote was  within  my  grandmother's  memory.

　女性が投票権を得たことは私の祖母の記憶にあった。

= My grandmother remembered the time (that  or  when)  women  gained the vote.

　私の祖母は女性が投票権を得た時のことを覚えていた。

・the ability to move a part of your body without  thinking  about it, learned  by repeating the movement many times:

If you've practised enough, muscle memory  should  take  over  the physical aspect of the motions.

＊should は 未来形 shall の過去形、＜〜となるだろう＞。省略する事も出来ます。

・ the combined knowledge and experience  of  a  company's  employees:

　会社の従業員が持つ知識と経験、企業記憶

Corporate memory loss is a major problem  for  some  businesses  who cut their staff in the early 1990s.

　１９９０年代初期にスタッフを馘首した企業にとって企業記憶の損失が大きな問題となっている例が見られる。

Linguistic information is complementary  to  graphic  information  and  essential to create the corporate memory of products.

　音声情報は視覚情報を補い、製品の企業記憶に欠かすことが出来ないものである。

　（この corporate memory は消費者の持つ企業イメージのことですね）

＊context は文脈と訳されますがこれでは意味不明です。
